Terms & Conditions: This is a collective tour. Cash 💰 or Online bank transfer is accepted. Rates are not valid during conventions, holidays, and special events. Downpayment of PHP 15,000.00/pax can be settled through bank deposit. The above rates are subject to change without prior notice  and are quoted on a per pax basis Any unutilized or unused services such as tours, rooms, or meals are non-refundable/non-rebookable The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions and flight delays. Payment is non-refundable for pax not able to pass the immigration in the Philippines & Taiwan  The group must have at least 40 joiners to proceed with the tour. Down payment is refundable if less than. If group failed to reach the minimum number of pax, the downpayment is only transferrable to use to other scheduled group departure. GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: PHP 15,000 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released. • BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. • FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice. • TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners. • CANCELLATION POLICY: Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. No refund for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. • IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. • FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations.
